GoDezk is providing repair services currently which do not qualify for a refund.

Our Core Business Model is to provide workplace devices support to end users in an organization. Users raise ticket to resolve any issues with thier laptop or desktop. We provide remote and onsite support to resolve the issue.

Payment Policy

At GoDezk we serve both B2B and B2C users. B2B users are serviced through GoDezk Workplace web and mobile applications.For a B2B user GoDezk Workplace is an application where client organization and its users are on boarded on to application.Organization admin can be created by self registration and other users in an organization are created by organization admin. Payments are collected by raising invoice for B2B organization based on the different pricing /subscription models an organization has opted for and hence there is no need for any In-App purchase for any individual organization users.B2C Customers will have the option of paying the payment in the mobile application also
